What: National Drug Take-Back Day
Where: West Helena Police Station on Plaza Street (see map)
When: Saturday October 23 from 10:00am to 2:00pm
What to bring: Old drugs and some snacks if you wish
What to where: Your Rotary T-shirt if you have one
Who to contact: Ron Dowda
We will be helping to receive any drugs that will be dropped off so that
drivers will not need to get out of their vehicles. If you have any old drugs from the store shelf or from a prescription, Ron will be collecting them during our club meeting this Wednesday October 20th. Look for the box.
Please remove any labels, especially if there is anyone’s name on them.
Rotary Members Turn Out for Tour Da Delta Cyclists
The Tour da Delta was in full swing this year, maybe with fewer cyclists but with no less of a sense of adventure and enthusiasm. Rotarians staffed the Waypoints with drinks and snacks and then joined in the fun at the Wild Hog Saloon afterwards, enjoying music, food and drink together.
